We began as breeders of Yorkshire Terriers and Miniature Dachshunds. That naturally progressed and Carlar’s Cuties Dog Boutique finally left our imagination and became a real web store. We offer an exceptional line of Pet Wear and Pet Products. We never gave up raising our babies though. They are our first love! We continue to provide access to our adorable puppies, providing them to people who are hungry for a puppy to love.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any unused items you may return the item for merchandise exchange. No monetary refunds will be given. Unauthorized returns, C.O.D., and postage due returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Call 620-345-8518 or email sales@carlar.net to receive a Return Goods Authorization. Put Return Good Authorization Number on outside of package/box. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and received within 15 days of receipt of the Return Good Authorization to qualify for a merchandise exchange. A 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied. All Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)

Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would want in place of the returned product. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order. If you are unsure of how to proceed with an exchange please contact us for help.

We encourage you to measure your pet accurately. We allow only one exchange per item. We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items.

For your protection, Carlar's Cuties Dog Boutique suggests you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Carlar's Cuties Dog Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in shipping.

Please note: We do not allow product exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused original condition.

Please make sure you read the dimensions and weight limitations for each Pet Carrier, Pet Tote and Dog Bed. Due to standard health regulations we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on Pet Carriers, Pet Totes, Beds, Shoes, Hats.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped, on average, within 2 to 3 weeks from the time your order is placed. We always try to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner but some products require more time before shipment. SHIPPING:
Standard Shipping includes UPS Ground or US Priority Mail within the continental US. The Shipping Method is determined by Carlar’s Cuties Dog Boutique and is solely determined on the best method for each individual order.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Extra shipping costs for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be paid by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: By special arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel your order you must send an email to sales@carlar.net within 3 hours of placement of the order.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to Kansas. Actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order, and may vary depending on the taxes in the county or city your order is shipping to.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We try to be sure that our products are in stock. But there is no way to completely insure that an item ordered will be in stock at the time the order is placed. Many of our products are drop shipped to your directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer you the widest selection at the very best price. Shipping times and availability vary due to different manufacturers policies. But we will do our best to see that you receive your order in a prompt and timely manner. If the item you have purchased is out of stock or discontinued we will email you promptly to let you know when, or if it will be available for shipment.

ORDERS SHIPPED BUT NOT RECEIVED:
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Carlar's Cuties Dog Boutique is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.
